As you may have seen, Synaxon was named Dealer Service Provider of the Year 2018 at the recent PCR Awards. This was one of three awards presented under the Channel Services category. As you would expect, the whole team was immensely proud and pleased to have been recognised in this way by one of the leading trade titles.
There are, we believe, several reasons why we were chosen as the winner. One is the clear focus that we have on delivering services which make a real difference to our members. Synaxon champion the cause of aspirational businesses who can’t always get the personal service and support they might sometimes want from major distributors and vendors.
Another reason is the potential that we bring for our members to explore new areas of potential and different ways to expand and develop their business – in areas such as managed services and the cloud.
We are constantly adapting to meet the changing needs of members. The introduction of the SynMSP membership is a great example of how far we are prepared to go, and how much we are prepared to invest to in making sure we do that.
But perhaps the biggest reason we won was that we know the job is not done yet. We know that we need to keep on striving to be better and to make a difference for our members every day. Yes, winning is important – it gives everyone a boost. But continuing to try hard for our members is even more important and – buoyed by the recognition of this award – that is exactly what we will continue to do.
